Our antique 15ct yellow gold brooch features a large smooth oval Carnelian. The stone is set into a solid 15ct gold bezel setting flanked with six diamond set leaves. The bar of the brooch is white gold, while the setting of the stone and pin are yellow gold. A truly special brooch, it is beautifully made and feel exquisite to hold.
